Feedback

What our trainees are saying

Trainees from across Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas have praised our 3–7 route teacher training course for its supportive environment and expert-led mentoring.

The course has been incredibly insightful and both my previous and current placement have significantly contributed to my development as a teacher. Both of my placements have given me hands-on experience in the Early Years and KS1 which has been invaluable in developing my understanding of how children learn and grow.

-Charlotte, current trainee

This scheme ensured that I got key experiences, exemplary training and an ongoing network of support that became a strong bedrock for my career as a teacher. They also provided support in applying for jobs and the course helped me feel confident going into my ECT years.

-Tom, former trainee and current ECT2
